Last updated: 13 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OzConsultant Limited ("OzConsultant", "we", "us", or "our") website and our company formation, accounting, immigration, and IT services in Hong Kong. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By browsing our website, submitting an enquiry, or signing an engagement letter with us, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and accept these Terms in full.
OzConsultant provides advisory and administrative services including, but not limited to:
The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in the applicable proposal or engagement letter, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation required to perform our services, including identification documents for compliance and anti-money-laundering checks. Delays or inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect our ability to meet agreed timelines.
Fees for our services are set out in your proposal or engagement letter and are payable in accordance with the agreed schedule. Government filing fees, bank charges, and third-party disbursements are billed separately unless otherwise stated. Overdue invoices may result in suspension of ongoing services.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it except as necessary to deliver our services, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and templates — is the property of OzConsultant or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent. Deliverables created specifically for a client under a signed engagement (such as a website build) transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
While we take great care in delivering our services, OzConsultant is not liable for delays or refusals by government bodies, banks, or other third parties outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice period stated in the applicable proposal or engagement letter. Fees for work performed and disbursements incurred up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
We encourage clients to raise concerns with their consultant directly so we can resolve them promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at Suite 12, IFC Tower, Central, Hong Kong, or call +852-60482929.
Our team is happy to walk you through how an engagement works before you sign anything.
